4.3 Currency and Transactions

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Only one benefit may be claimed from a single bonus offer; a user cannot participate in the same promotion more than once.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any winnings earned from it being cancelled.
• Whether a bonus offer applies to a user is determined at bd gemes's sole discretion.

VIP Program

The bd gemes VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate increases as a member moves to a higher tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback. Changes to VIP tier are made based on bd gemes's own assessment.

VIP membership is non-transferable and may not be sold or transferred to any third party.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd gemes platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Operating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conspiring with other users to influence game outcomes.

Dispute Resolution
